Consul General Mr. Lu Shiwei said in his speech that The construction of a digital silk road will foster new growth drivers for Belt and Road participating countries, and promote more inclusive and sustainable development for all countries.The profound integration of digital economy and intelligent manufacturing has become an important engine to promote high-quality development of real economy. China has the world’s most comprehensiveindustrial system with world’s largest manufacturing sector, and also enjoys the advantages of super-scale markets and domestic demand potentials.Intelligent manufacturing provides a new path for the high-quality development of “made in China”.In recent years, Malaysia has strengthened the construction of digital infrastructure, assisted small and medium enterprises (SMEs) to achieve digital transformation, and provided an enablingenvironment for the development of digital economy. Chinese enterprises have actively and extensively participated in the digital transformation of Malaysia.

UiTM and Hunan SANY Polytechnic College both stated that the joint organizationof this symposium not only help the two universities share resources, complement each other’s advantages, build a new bridge and create new highlights for China-Malaysia educational cooperation, but also contribute to the promotion of Belt and Road cooperation and enhancement of China-Malaysia comprehensive strategic partnership.
